Hi,

I am Sept 11th Applicant with NOC 4011 and PER on 31st Dec.My VO is Newdelhi. But today I received an e mail from Colombo that my file has been transferred to Colombo ,Srilanka office.

Did it happen to anyone.

Actually I was waiting for the second line update and I got this mail.So will this delay the process of application again.

can you'll please tell me the tentative time for Colombo VO to receive MR.

When can U expect secondline update and MR.

Your inputs please...............

Yeah, because of heavy work load at NDVO, they transfer files to some other VOs like Colombo, Warsaw etc.
So that's a normal stuff. And you don't worry, you will have the second line update soon as the Colombo VO is faster than NDVO.

everytime when i am trying to check my status, i am seeing this "Please note that some citizenship applicants are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our e-Client Application Status online tool. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may refer to the processing times web page for an estimate of how long it may take to process your application. Thank you for your patience.", so do you think this might be any reason for not showing second line update in our Status.., or does really our applications are not touched by NDVO..

I am staying in US; however, I am going to India for few days, and plan to renew passport India.

While I am in India, which address shall I give for present address? US address or Indian address?

If I give US address, will they do police verification in US? This will delay passport issuance?
