This is other than the english translation and its notarization.nshah32 said:any one here who got his/her CNIC translated in english? I have a translation of it in english which is notarized too.. ordinarily, you should have attached a separate sheet listing all your Job duties to the schedule 3 form rather than leaving them to take your experience letter as the "attachment".
It would have been much better if you have a UCI.
Just to clear your conscience, you can send it.
My opinion is that you will be considered....and my opinion is based on getting a non-frustrated officer to access your file.
Cheers.
After you get the PER.migratecanada2012 said:Guys !
When one can check status in ecas ? , after CC charged or after PER email ?

Ohh, I understood, just acknowledgement time differs. Regarding the validity, i am not sure, may be its 3 months . need to check with bank.Oscar7 said:There is no preference from CIC. Either option is okay by them, no preference what so ever.
Once DD is made one has to ensure from bank that it is valid for 6 months. CC is somewhat tricky since in certain countries the central bank imposes foreign currency restrictions on transactions so the CC issuing banks sometimes deny the transaction if it is above certain limits. Also for people who do not have sufficiently high balance / credit limits a CC can get denied at times. Many people have been successful with DD and CC, so either is fine. In some countries the advantage with CC is you get to know right away when successful transaction is made, while in DD there is certain lag in knowing the same. Just in knowing though!

Well ! This answers and also confused me at same time....because i also heard that charging of CC or Encashing DD is not guarantee that one will receive PER...if CIO eligibility review is negative then refund is initiated....but i don't know if fees has been taken then what is % guarantee for getting PER email ....abhi228 said:Ideally ECAS shows 'In Process' after your PER email. But some people in forum told they can see 'In Process' status in ECAS while awaiting PER. Hope this answer your query..
Till date i haven't seen a single applicants payment reject because DD expired, but somehow every one seems to get confused with its expiry. But yes applicant have been rejected for CC expired.dharam1912 said:Ohh, I understood, just acknowledgement time differs. Even if 3 months then also things should be fine because usually you application processed for PER stage within 3 months.
Opinions?
I would play it safe. Be safe rather be sorry later, right?dharam1912 said:Ohh, I understood, just acknowledgement time differs. Regarding the validity, i am not sure, may be its 3 months . need to check with bank.

I don't remember a single case where fees was charged but did not get PER or AOR. But yes one can get rejection after that for various reasons. CIC normally do not charge ffes untill it has checked the file for its completenessmigratecanada2012 said:Well ! Most of the international DD or Foreign currency DD dont have the "Valid upto" date mentioned on them. Most of these are valid upto six months. When the DD reaches CIC it should be valid fro five months. The DD should reach CIC within one month of the issuing date.Oscar7 said:I would play it safe. Be safe rather be sorry later, right?
CIC clearly asks to have payment made for validity of 6 months, so why not listen to them. After all you would have put so much effort in taking IELTS, getting WES and running around for a lot of documentation including experience certificates etc. Then why take a chance with DD validity?
Although it is possible that CIC takes the payment with 3 months, but it is not a certainty my friend.
