I think you should just intimate the NDVO that the baby and mother is healthy along with discharge summary(scanned copies) and then wait for the NDVO to send you the medicals for baby.

In my case NDVO had asked my wife also to go for medicals only after the delivery so we kind of lost 2 months in that only.

Dont worry, just keep them posted at your end and they would take time according to their priorities.

Will my wife be undergoing all the medicals again after childbirth as only x-ray was remaining on her side as of now ?

Should I be sending the discharge summary by including generic form, additional family member and $150 fees or just wait for the further instructions from NDVO ?

Hi Could anyone please advice me why my second line has not been updates ?

I received PER on the 24th of December and currently my application is in LVO . but still ECAS does not reflect second line.
What could be the reason for this. please advice.

Post 10 days of courier receipt, check if you DD is encashed. I assume this DD was for RPRF

Guys one query ..

how do we know NDVO has received our courier in good shape and all documents are intact and correct .. just a matter of concern as it contains all the important forms PCC , MR , DD (53k) ... the same concern was there when i had initially sent the application to cic .. just asking .. pls let me know ur thoughts and what u ppl think abt this .. thanks

I was in a similar situation. I am living In Europe but applied through NDVO. After i got my PPR request, My family traveled to to India and I sent my passport with them. They submitted the passport for Stamping and have got the Visa issued. So this may be one of the options you have.

How can you send your Passport to India when you are in Europe? Logically you dont have an entry into or exit from India during that period but your passport has a stamping at the embassy while you are not in the country.
I would say this can be done but better to avoid it.
Did you check with the embassy before you did this?

Waiting for MR from NDVO

Do I need to take the Indian PCC again from Consulate (after getting MR) as, it is getting late for MR

I am worried that, as some where in the forum I have read that PCC is valid for only 3 months from the date of issue at NDVO

I can take the new PCC in 2 days, what should I do

If the NDVO dont accept the PCC which is taken on 18 dec 2014 , then I will be struck

No you don't need to get new pcc. PCC is valid for 1 year. 3 months old is applicable if you are submitting pcc with initial application.

There is another problem... in my application i mentioned New Delhi as my VO but i have recd. an email from from Embassy of Canada in Warsaw Poland... Following was the text of the email

Your file has been transferred to Warsaw visa office instead of NDVO due to high number of applications.

Many others, like applicants who received PER on or after October 1st have their files transferred to Warsaw or Colombo, you can not do anything about it.

You have to report it to WARSAW.

Now to report about your wedding and adding your spouse in your application follow the link and send an email with the scanned copies of your marriage certificate, wifes passport bio-metric pages (first and last pages). Once you have sent an email, post notarised photocopies of your marriage certificate, wifes passport all pages with a covering letter(include UCI# and file number on this letter) stating your change in circumstances, mention what all you have included in your envelope. You might later be requested to send your wifes passport size photos.

Lol by saying keep them ready, he meant keep them handy so that you'll be ready to send the copies immediately

Its been more than 2 month's now since I submitted my newborn's papers and the draft got submitted in the beneficiary bank. I have still not received the medical requet for the newborn from NDVO office.
Any idea how much more I might have to wait?
