Hi All,
My medical were sent on 12 Oct. Still VO has not updated my 3rd line. My medical was done in Sweden & my VO is New Delhi. I have raised the Case specific query twice but no response from them.

Please advise what more can I do.

I received my PER on 14th Jan, but have still not received any AOR from any VO.

I read somewhere that " complicated " applications with NDVO are not sent to other VOs, and are processed within NDVO.

I do not think that my application is 'complicated', but may be NDVO does..

Need to clarify so reposting my query as below:

Would like to ask since I am in the US from 2rth Jan 2015 and I chose the VO as NDVO. My wife and daughter are in India and coming to the US in a couple weeks from now. Please suggest what should we do? Will we be able to submit passports to the Canada Embassy in the US or we would need to do it in India?

Im facing a similar situation. My VO is NDVO but I live in South Africa so I did my research and based on advice from seniors I have requested NDVO if I can get my visa stamping done at the Canadian Embassy in South Africa. I raised a CSE and have also sent a letter along with my the documents submitted during medicals.
As far as I know for some applicants they agree and for some they say they must come over to India when you receive your PPR. So I would say its worth a try and if it works you dont have to travel all the way from U.S, instead can get it stamped there itself.

I have just sent my request to get visa stamped in SA instead of NDVO along with meds and waiting for 3rd line update.

Please advise when MR is recd.? Is it after Educational, Professional Experience & Criminal Background checks. Its been 2 months from PER and I have not recd. MR.

Is the delay in getting MR is coz I have worked in 7 companies in 4 countries. However, I have provided PCC from all these countries.

Also, what is the time period from MR to Visa.

Looking forward for your valuable inputs.

Hi,

I suggest you check with the hospital once again if they have uploaded your documents/med-reports. Also please tell them that it was intended to reach NDVO and get a confirmation that they had completed the process at their end.

This might help! I dont think you can do anything more other than wait.

SS updated! Passport request was received on 19th Feb and Visa validity is from 18th Feb. Hence I have updated the SS accordingly.
