1. what kind of health issue does they check on Medical?
2. What is RPRF fee amount. is it CAD 490 for me and my spouse or 490*2?

For FSWP it won't matter. I believe the restriction only apply on Job when you have applied under provincial nomination program.

A long as your prior experience was in the applied NOC, where and in which profile you take your next job won't impact your applications assessment.
