If CIC won't care this time , it would be my last attempt for Canada , rather i will prefer Australia over canada then.... atleast they have opportunity for deserving type of Immigration system but not like FIFO...of Canada

I don't comment much on the forum but here is a clarification for you which I think is the reason why CIC have not tried to recharge your CC.

Usually what happens in any agency is that they will make transactions and will note success/failed at the time BUT they will not send success/failure/(retry the charge) until they receive a hard statement from the bank showing succeeded and failed transactions(or say failed transactions don't appear at all but they do comparison with their data). Now since this is CC charge so it will take at least 2-3 days to reflect in their statement and only after that they will try to recharge your CC.

This is also the very reason why they don't send PER email immediately after charging CC even if it is success of their system.

So relax and wait for 1-2 days more.

I understand being realistic and maybe thinking conservatively just to be careful...but are your remarks and "observations" really helping? Everyone here knows that this cap situation is a very big guessing game...and I'm sure everyone also knows that u just need apply and see what happens...max u lose is the Courier fees and that has been said time and again. ..

I really have great respect for everyone here who helps people in all details of application and then ENCOURAGE them to send these apps off...were all grown ups and in thr end are responsible for what we do...so please just try to be a bit balanced and spread sime positivity too

Kool, May be you don't realize it but you sound attention deprived and very pessimistic. I am sure you don't mean to. But that is what I am seeing multiple people respond to you in one way or the other, indirectly. Please have patience so people can actually respect your opinion. Request you to not sound too pessimistic and not try to push your opinion every hour or two.

Even seniors here know a little more than a smart guy who is watching and learning the process. People are making educated guesses at times, and probably you are also trying to do that....we can see. But you are being too pushy sometimes. Hopefully this is a feedback you have received more than just once (i.e. right now). Please back off and enjoy! Live and let live, so to say! Getting or not getting a Canadian PR is not the end of the world or start of the world anyway. Life is full of options. If it goes through this year great. If not, there are surely a lot of options. So chill!

I think so too. it seems 2174 and 1112 are filled by now. Assuming that there were greater than 1000 people sending their applications on May1 in each of these category, maximum time to reach is May 6 (i.e. 4 working days) by even a conservative courier service.

The correct period is only till 31st Dec, 2014. This period is only for receiving file but who will send his file on 31/12/2014 will not immigrate before some few months in 2015

Yes, accelerated processing actually js being demonstrated already by CIC. Last year around thi time, probably no cc was charged. However, the bottleneck will be VO, I guess.

no mysteries, first 0111 applicant in our forum applied in 6/5/2014 and CIC is now charging that day. I think we will hear it soon

Each VO has different processing timelines. Cpc is one of the fastest. Afaik most appln were given PR from cpp-o last year in 200 days including cic time. This year cic claims expedite processing times so expect vos to do the same

also note your received date will shift to when your second envelope is being received and not the first envelope.
