processing times are not tied to cases workload!
Processing times for each LVO has nothing to do with the number of cases received or with the workload of each office. Checking the processing times page at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp it is clear that many offices have not even processed 10 FSW application cases in the last 12 months. Look at the example of Morocco where I am from. (–) indicates that not enough data are available. Processing times are shown only where an office has finalized 10 or more cases in the past 12 months. Despite the limited number of applications, I still have not heard yet from the Morocco LVO though my PER was received on 08.01.2015. For information, Morocco is a francophone country and most migrants prefer Quebec and do not care that much about the federal skilled worker program.
