Yes i gave my PCC along with medicals ... Bt i dnt think so this is the cause for delay...

Yes, it seems that Oct/Nov NDVO applications are being transferred to WVO (mine is also transferred)

Answer to your questions:

1) Yes, this is AOR

2) Yes, WVO will process the application

3) I received AOR after 25 days of PER. Post AOR, they take more than a month for MR. Not many NDVO applicants whose files have been transferred to WVO have received MR. So let's be hopeful that WVO will speed up

I am Nov 28 applicant under NOC 1114. ECAS went live on 2nd feb. No PER till now. When I can get PER. Please advise.

Noc -2172, DEC -9 and as per bank DD enached 4 feb but CIC Jan 30 and PER Feb 25,2015. Admin Pls update spreadsheet,since it is not allowing me.

1)how many days will take MR
2)How many day will take visa stamping
3)I am on bench in current IT company and also offer of another IT comany. IS good to change employer now or did it create any problem canada PR.

This is completely wrong

Diplo is absolutely right. The condition of 3 months validity for a PCC is only applicable at the time of initial submission of application, not later at VO stage.

just saw -2 in my account ......never ever been in argument with anyone...

i just update forum friends with the analysis on PPR or gives updated list of all the reported ppr/dm everyday...can't think why anyone would bother to give me -2
but....all said and done...i really don't care about +1 and -1....just feel frustrated why even working for people gets someone -1...

but anyways, i am happy for people getting speedy ppr's and wish i also get it soon....
3 and 1/2 month since medical and no ppr/dm... feeling bit low.....

and finally, i pray for people who gave me -1 a speedy process.

KS, dont worry about the -1s. Your Visa will not be rejected for this reason.

Is that true ??

Question- I am a NOV 19th application and already recieved per email . am i on safer side.

You already have PER email. You have nothing to worry about. Don't stress yourself unnecessarily.
