Your application need to be from the 50 NOCs advertised.
But Tue fact that it's classified within one of the 50NOCs means you can apply in that NOC but not the NOC classified elsewhere which is not part of the advertised 50.

my application was received a few minutes ago signed by Glen (NOC 1111), please update the xls file.
in the meantime, I've sent a second envelope with proof of education (since I forgot to attach them to WES report)...
this envelope should arrive in NS on Friday morning.

do I have good chances for NOC 1111 and also for matching these 2 envelopes ...so that my application wont be rejected?

Well if your application does not make it through the first stage it is sent back with a letter that takes some time ... I believe they don't send email for that.

I agree. for DD applicants, wait time is killing. CIC should email us and tell we are encashing your DD so chill. lol
