Feeling very sad, i have to resign from my present job as there is retrenchment process is going on in my company.
And i am desperately waiting for the second line update from last 80 days . does i have to inform vo about the job loss at this stage or later. or it is wise to inform vo about that change in this stage or in later stages

Please give me your valuable suggestion.

Can someone help pls., I've received request from London office to update my file within one month with my new born baby details, my question is:

1- Shall send the requested documents by mail or scanned copies via email.
2- If through mail, where shall I send the requested documents, CIO in Sydney/Canada or London office in Trafalgar, London/UK.
3- Is credit card acceptable to pay the child 150$ processing fee, if draft is the only acceptable method, shall I send it to "Receiver general for Canada" as usual or to London office.

Clicks the pics as suggested in the shared mail attachment, fill up the form received along with your basic details.
VFS is best for VISA stamping.
Reach out to them and submit your passport. You can choose to either collect it back from them or they can deliver at your home.

Sorry to hear that jassi.
At this stage it will be wise to inform VO once you have left the organisation and have your receiving letter.
Raise a CSE with the copy of the same.
As in many cases physical verification can be carried out at this stage, I won't suggest holding back this info.

Hi Yousif.
Congrats for the new members addition in your family. Wish the child a pink of health.

1) Raise a CSE to LVO with all the forms and documents scanned copies.
2) Mail the same docs along with application payment fees to LVO.
3) Will be payable to LVO as your file is now with them.
