PR card is not a must one for working... you can start working immediately even on the same day you landed... there is no issue

Have one question :-

How quickly can a person start working in Canada .
I mean suppose I have the Visa stamped in hand and I have landed in Canada .
How soon can I start working there.

The reason I am asking this is because I am going to ask my company If they can transfer me to their Canada Office.

If By God's grace they decide to do so .. Can I start working for them from the second day after landing ..

Or will i require to get a PR card to start working there?

Ohh.. ok..so u did ur Medical from SA.

Then this can be the story..no worries.

Submit all the receipts given to u along with a form with photograph as POM and yeah...don't forget to keep a scanned copy of all these docs ... in case if u need'em in future.

My VO is NDVO and I'm currently in South Africa and hence did my e-medicals here.
The doctor here hasn't provided me with the fee that he has taken for the tests but only the receipts the lab had given for X-rays and blood tests.

I was also informed that the file has been transferred to Warsaw Visa Office though I had opted for New Delhi. Now its almost a month and I have not received any further communications..AOR from Warsaw Visa office nor there is any new update on ECAS.

Is this a cause of worry ??? ??? ????? Is any body on the same time line .......

What a boring day !!! Hardly any DM/PPR .. If I counted correctly there were 5-6 DM/PPR. But I guess we can't expect a daily shower, or can we?

Looks like we may see heavy rain only once or twice a week ..hope it is tomorrow rather than Thu/Fri ;D ;D ;D ;D

bro there are at least 7 applicant who reported PPR/DM today...
i will try to make list of tem with timelines soon....

7 PPR/DM not bad for monday as it first day of week... come on NDVO. set the car in top gear again...we all wanna roller coaster ride....

Friends can anyone let me know when will the RPRF DD get encash after sending, its been 2 weeks i have sent and still bank people say its Outstanding.. Will they encash before senindg the PPR mail?.. Appreciate your help please.

Lots of DMs, PPRs. Congrats to all of the recipients.

But, it seems like NDVO has slowed down on picking up files for processing and they are stacking up. Dec 22nd PER. No second line update yet.

Thanks a ton for this, really relieved. However the doctor did not give me a proper receipt as he took cash and wrote the numbers on a piece of paper. I do have the receipts for the X-ray and blood tests. Will that suffice?

You can send only e-Medical form which was given by Doctor after medical. No need to send Payment Receipt.
