Hi folks,
I would like to thank you all especially they guys behind the administration of this forum/thread. Your answers to my questions, others' question were very enlightening and for sure some of the answers/insights are are not found anywhere else (unless you go through the full process).
Yesterday I received my passports with visa stamped on it... FINALLY.... such a long and sometimes stressful ... trip... I am saying trip because truly; it seems the journey has just started!...
Below are my full timeline an app details hopefully to be useful and guide line for others who are still in the pipeline. (p.s: I was not able to edit the xls sheet which I found VERY USEFUL)

Noc:2133
Visa Office: London
Application sent: 6-6-14 (FedEx)
Application revived @ CIO : 11-6-14
Credit Card Charged: 2-10-14
PER: 8-10-14
1st Line on eCAS: 10-10-14
PCC request/ Permanent Residency fee payment request /Medicals Request received from LVO by email: 13-11-14
2nd Line on eCAS: 13-11-14
Medical Results uploaded to eMedical: 27-11-14
PCCs/Fee receipt/ passport copies received by LVO: 8-12-14
3rd Line on eCAS: 17-1-15
Attended CIIP (Dubai): 22-23 Jan 2015
Passport Request email form LVO (to be submitted to Abu dahbi Embassy): 27-1-15
Passport Submitted to Abu Dahbi Embassy: 28-1-15 (delivered by hand)
Passports received with visa stamped: 14-2-15

Kindly Attention Please

NOC :2243 Application Recieved date- 17/09/2014 Application returned-20th November 2014 Application received in India 14/02/2015

I got my application back the reason they mentioned that Application does not meet the requirements of a complete application pursuant to Regulation(R)10 of IPRA.
All supporting documentation provided regarding this work experience history was taken in to consideration. The employment letters from CompanyXXX and YYYY do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupation description of the NOC including all of essential duties

Last year FSW2013, fees was charged got NER because I scored 61/100
However that time my work experience was considered and below statement was mentioned in NER-
You were assigned 11 points for your 3 years of full time work experience or the equivalent in part time work within the 10 years prior to the date your application was made in accordance with R80 of IRPA. Points were assigned based on work experience with Company YYYY from 01 October 2010 to Present date.

I am still working with same company and I supposed to get 13 points for 4 years work experience.
I have sent same supporting documents for my work experience for same NOC last year and that time the experience was considered that is why I have re-applied again

Please senior help me I want to appeal for my case. As if the last year all my supporting documents were enough to satisfy the duties of NOC 2243 and they assigned 11 points for 3 years work experience how it can be possible that this year same documents are not able to satisfy the officer.
Same documents satisfies the officer for NOC 2243- CIC takes the fees and Next year same documents fails to satisfy the officer and CIC return the application

They May have calculated on the date file received.

Why you had not waited till 01 October to let your exp complete for 4 years.

I am happy to report that I received PER through email today just few minutes ago. Surprising that they have office on Saturday.

I may have no Valentines date lol but who cares...this is more than enough to keep me in love hehe

I am confused and please help me with your findings :

My timelines :

Application date : 2nd Sept 2014
PER : 22nd Dec 2014.
Waiting for 2nd line update and MR/PCC/RPRF.

Concern : I have changed my job in November and I have all documents supporting for that. I applied through consultant who is having 21 yrs of experience in immigration. they are saying that we will not send any updates to CHC until or unless we receive your exact local VISA post. Huh Huh Huh Huh What should I do.

In case of Verification with my employer, what will happen then ? Consultant said you will get mail from CHC in case of verification from your previous employer and they got confirmation that you have resigned from it. I am confused what to do and also nowadays NDVO is sending MR directly without AOR. Might be a chance of verification.

Don't think so.
If you have crossed the PER stage, for any incomplete/missing docs VO will reach out to you asking for submissions.

Hello,

Your MR mail may be well underway. You have the option to do the following :
1.You may send NDVO this change in your application through CSE online. write a cover letter telling them the details of the changes then scan and attached your supporting documents.
2. Wait for your MR and inform NVDO of this change, send via courier along with the addtional required docs from your MR mail.

100 days from medicals done and 92 days from 3rd line recieved
