Just half an hour before my MR & RPRF mail received.............from NDVO ( PCC submitted with application)

MR & RPRF - 12 Feb 2015
2nd line on 31 Jan 2015
Process started - 28 Jan 2015
PER - 09 Dec 2014
Application date - 18 Aug 2014
VO - NDVO - NOC 2132

well there was no call to my office and no info about that.....

I will get the info about medical centre in my city.......

Hi Friends,

After many attempts, I could get the PER mail by calling the call center. It looks like the PER email was sent some time on December 11th which somehow didn't reach me. Yesterday after contacting CIC call center they helped me resending the PER email. Looks like the file was sent to Delhi office on December 17th however, I didn't get any further action on it from visa office so far. Can you please advise on what should I do in this regard. Here are the details of my application processing.

Application Received - August 20, 2014
CC Charged - November 11, 2014
PER Email First Sent - December 11, 2014
File Transferred to Delhi visa office - December 17, 2014

Do you think I am still in game despite the delays in subsequent processing.

You are definitely in game, most probably background checks being done on your file.

Kindly check your ECAS status regularly.

Hi Seniors!

I am a 17 Dec applicant and my CC was charged on 9th Feb. Yesterday i called CIC and got my UCI no.(8 digit number starting with 9)
Now when I am checking my eCAS it is showing either your file is not processed yet or you have entered wrong details..
but I have entered every field right but still eCAS seems to be inactive!

My Question to you guys is:-
1) Does eCAS gets active along with charging or it takes some time after charging to get active?
2) Has any one experienced this problem initially and then his/her eCAS became active after some time?

Hey guys,
I have an important inquiry and I need your advice. One of my friends who is not in this forum applied for FSWP-2014 and his fee was encashed few days ago. He traveled abroad 3 times for touristic purposes but he was thinking that he should not write them in "Travels Form" because all of them were less than 3 months.
I need your opinion if he should send an email to CIC asking them or he should wait until get his PER and then send this data to VISA office.

After AOR he can send a CSE uploading the corrected form and explaining the situation. If it was an honest mistake it should not be a problem.

Here are the processing details regarding my application -

- Application received - August 20, 2014
- CC Charged - November 11, 2014
- PER email sent first - December 11 or so
- PER email resent - Feb 12, 2014
- File transferred to visa office (Delhi) - December 17, 2014

Please advise if my application is still in progress. Doesn't it look on a slower route.

Dear All,


I have sent my docs Medical/PCC and RPRF Fees,But i have not mentioned my UCI or File no at the back of my DD...Will that be a concern.

I have mentioned my UCI no on the envelope and also have sent the "Required document letter" which has my UCI and File no.

No problem you don't need to write anything on your DD.

I got PER email on Feb 10 morning. since then i tried checking status on ECAS but i keep getting that they are not able to recognize me .


I saw that there are other forum member who are facing the same problem.

Quest : Is this normal these days
Quest : How many days it will take to get ECAS activated for my application.

Those are most likely spam calls. They give u short rings and expect you to call back.
If u call, the call charges are exorbitant

I hate those people.
