meenu, why dont you check that number on TrueCaller to confirm it was from NDVO...

Is there any chance that NDVO may ask about bank transactions from the time we filed for PR.
I had withdrawn some funds from my POF account after providing balance statement with my application package.

will they refuse the application if the funds go below the min amount i.e $11900 during our application process??

So before getting PPR we can add wife & After getting PPR wife can not be added. Is my understanding correct ?

No, you got it wrong.

PPR email says that if changes have or will occur in family composition, you are required to inform the VO immediately. This cancels the PPR and you have to wait until the admissability of spouse is reviewed, before they can issue a a visa for both.

If you receive a visa and don't add your spouse, your PR is invalidated.

Kindly let me know if any of the member having the visa office as London (base on nationality and country of residence) transfer to other VO as happened with many applicants of NDVO.

Yes, they might and they occasionally do so (POF + 6 month statement). Failing to comply with MI will result in rejection.

I think they can. These are the funds u need to carry with u to canada. Anyhow if u had withdrawn some, it isn't big deal as long as u put it back soon.
what's your timeline?

If you are PNP applicant, processing will take considerably more time than FSW.
