Let's take an example, I'm the principal applicant with 2 dependents (spouse + kid) but they will join after 2-3 months. So in this case how much should I be taking (fund of 3 applicants). And what if I got a job before they come to Canada.

Even if you get a job before they land, Since you applied for PR without a job, you are still required to show the funds in my understanding.

Secondly, I believe all funds can be asked for 3 members when you land alone as visa was issued for all 3 members.

Even though I have submitted ORIGINAL POLICE CLEARANCE certificate with my MR
I got below EMAIL

Now I do NOT have scan copy of my wife's pcc I have mine PCC
Its a biig problem for me now.

I am confused please help

Dont worry,
get your medicals as soon as possible and write to Vo right away asking for more time for new passport

Hi Jaxon,

The Indian embassy will renew your passport within 7-10 days if you have renewed your passport with 5 hem before. If not, then it takes more time for getting the confirmation from the passport office from where the passport was originally issued. You still have the option to renew under tatkal where the passport is renewed in 7 days with the file at passport office.

This is what they do here in the UAE.

It took only 2 working days to get the passport back to VFS bangalore

I sent my application mid November 2014, which was received on 26th November 2014. By that time the cap wasn't reached and didn't reach till the end of December. Up-till now i haven't received anything from them. Please guide, what should I be receiving now and in which form (Letter of email).

Just calm down, there is no delay in your application. Still there are lots of Jun-July applicants who are waiting for MR.
It depends on the case to case, visa officer, NOC you applied, supporting documents you have provided etc....etc...
Be positive, you will soon get your MR. Best of Luck....
