1:When did you submit your PCC? ( Was it with the MR or before) that may be the case why criminality

And

2: What do you mean by - Only Foss check is done before mr

I am a 5th Dec - NOC 1111 applicant, no response yet from CIC. I was checking the spreadsheet and it seems there has been no PER issue for 1111 applicants since 2nd october. Does that mean this NOC list has been capped out????????????? Anyone else in the same boat?

Similarly, there are 4 NOCs which are hot, but no response from CIC : 1123 /1111/2132/4011... Many Oct/Nov applicants are waiting for a response... No charge happened since long more than 1 month now...

Day before yesterday Vadodara
Yesterday Surat
And today in Ahmedabad

Kindly comfirm who all got verifications and trend of movement

Bro - what you said makes a lot of sense. Can you share your thoughts on my dilemma.

My e-Medical was received by CIC on 3-Oct-14. I even paid my fees and send the final package (RPRF Receipt, Medical done receipt copy, and local PCC) all on 6-Oct-14 (received by VO on 7th Oct 14)
Now, the only thing that got delayed and which I submitted later was FBI PCC. That I submitted on 31-Dec-14.

Query
1. Do you think my security check would have got initiated on 3rd Oct 14 or 7th oct 14, or It would have got initiated only after the final deliverable (FBI PCC) was received on 31-dec-14?

Depending on this, I should either expect PPR in Feb or otherwise in April.

Let me know your thoughts.

I believe you security check should have started in October / Early November

your US Criminality check will start after you submit your PCC and that may also be linked to your B'Fd date of the next month.

So assuming your B'Fd is first week of a months (since you seem to have got request on 3rd)

Your US Criminality check starts on week of 9th Jan it will take approx 1 month for FBI to respond to NDVO.

I would expect a DM in your case in Last week of Feb or 1 week of March as B'Fd

I am 28th nov app same noc. No CC charge yet. Please relax and wait for our charging. Traditionally, this noc is not a consistent performer. All the best.

How did you come across this information since no other member reported it.

We would have expected few more members to have mentioned it

Wrong. Nobody had PNP.

PNP obtained in 2014 doesn't qualify for EE. And the new 2015 EE enabled PNP are not out yet.

Plus, there are only a few spots available for each province. Alberta has 0 spots for EE for instance.

So you mean to say all 779 had Job offers?
We don't even have 45 Job offers with 5.3K odd entries in SS
