there are 2 pages with barcode, page no. 4 and page no 5. which one should b on top. and where should i place the check list..

Need to ask sumthing..

I m ready to send my application to CIC..

Just need to ask that do I need to send the Previous Correspondence (e-mail) with CIC with application. As last year my application was refused because job duties were not mentioned in one of the experience letters. n CIC send me email saying the reason.

No need of including it.
The most important thing now is that you have clearly indicated your job duties in the concerned experience letter......This correction alone has satisfied their criteria which you failed last time.

Hi Ashif Bhai and all,

Wonderful help throughout. Got many answers reading previous post. I have few questions, would be great if I can get some ideas.

1. What would be the expiry date for BD national ID card? should we fill it or leave it blank?
2. Planning to apply under NOC 0111 Financial managers. Do u think Jun 15 would be too late for submission?
3. Regarding filling up for imm008 form, 12.a and 12.b
My current occupation: Manager, Business Analysis in Finance division
Previous occupation 1 :Specialist in finance division
Previous occupation 2: Senior Manager, Financial Analysis & MIS
Manager
Management Trainee
All of these jobs duty fall under NOC 0111. Problem is, 12.b section, their is not enough space to write my full designation.
Should I write only Manager or Manager, Finance in both 12.a and 12.b?

2. No , I hope u can catch the CAP safely...
3. Use smaller designation like Buss. manager/ Sr, manager

Document Checklist at the top.
Last two pages containing barcodes of your generic form next.
Use the the document checklist to determine the arrangement of other forms.

Search on google ..You will find lot many translators ..i did mine done from Delhi, i send them the scanned copy of my document, paid them online and recieved their courier ..You can try this option if "Google" fails for You to find any translator in chandigarh or panchkula, mohali

I went to notary public or commissioner in panchkula, haryana, india !!
They said there is no translator available !! I will go chandigarh tomorrow if there is again the same situation then what is the way out ??
