My app package is delivered today, but some how mail i received from DHL has wrong name of my state:

It should be NEW DELHI, DELHI INSTEAD. I have given right address everywehre, i don't know why it happened. Self addressed labels and forms contains my correct address. I hope everything will be fine??? PLS REPLY

Hi , I have 2 entries in the spreadsheet.
Can spreadsheet owners please remove the one with NOC 1112.
The NOC 2171 is the correct one.

For married guys like me with kids....if I am the principal applicant do I have to send spouse's documents like education as I can't see that in checklist or M I missing something? Do I need to apply just ECA and degree certificates of mine only and none of educational document of my wife? So Guys help me out with this too. Do I need to submit any docs for my kids apart from BC and passport...... like education docs stc. If I can understand its fro kids above 22 mine are 6-7 years old. Thanks

Read the guide and checklist carefully and all your questions will be answered.

For your kids only passport, BC and any national ID would be required.

No need for your wife's education unless it was in Canada and you are claiming adaptability points for it.

i worked from 2006 jan to oct 2007. Then i shifted my job and now that my profile doesnot match any of the NOC codes. however i am attaching the work experience letter (not to claim points) but to know that i have changed the job profile.

i think waiting will again deffer my application next year. I will try a shot if works good else...

If your new job is at skill type 0 or skill level A or B you can get credit for it even if it is not among the eligible NOCs. You get credit for all work experience. You only need 1 year in your primary NOC.

You are Not hiding anything relevant from them... No where in any of the Forms CIC has asked a ques : "Do you or have you ever watch pondy @ #$% ? " Neither it is a criteria for Ineligibility

So, enjoying watching it online as much as u like..in full privacy Caution: don't use CC on those sites, it can get compromised if you paying fees by CC 8)

My application reached May 7th. The wait for CC to be charged is killing me

Hello to all
I need an urgent response from the senior/experienced members. I have completed my application to apply for the FSW. However, the employer reference letter from my current employer is missing and it takes 4 - 6 weeks to get it. I had requested them to issue me one on 28th April but because of some problem in the automated ERP system, the ticket got lost and did not come into processing. As of today, it will need another 2 - 3 weeks more to get it. I would need then additional one week to get it translated in English.

Now the question, should I go ahead with the application and submit this letter later or should I wait for the letter?

I should mention here that I do have a reference letter from my current employer issued in May 2014 which mentions everything ( salary, position, working hours, contract type etc.) required by the CIC EXCEPT the details of my job duties and responsibilities. Thus, I needed an additional letter to show my work experience too and to get that, there is a prescribed process which takes time.

Additionally, I have got around 10 years of professional experience and doing my current job for the last 3 years. I do have the letters from previous employers.

I would be glad, if someone can help in this regard. I posted this question as separate issue too but I think its better to post it here.

If you'll qualify (meet minimum requirements and score at least 67 points) without your current job's reference letter, and you're in a hot NOC, I'd apply now and include an explanation that there was some technical difficulty and that you will provide your current employer's letter later.

No, but the funds must be yours or your spouses and not borrowed from anyone else or transferred in just to show proof of funds then transferred back out.

Pls pls pls help...For those you have done WES for Education from India. Do i have to just submit my Univeristy Degree details online or do i need to mention all HSC and SSC and Bcom credentials also. Do i have to get the University of Mumbai to attest my Bcom Degree. how do i go about this

First only highest degree needs to be evaluated

Second please visit WES site, go for FSWP credential evaluation the process is explained

you need to get all marksheet and degree certificate attested by controller of examination office the universirty and they will issue these documents in a sealed envelope.

You send this to WES alongwith Form and payment details (make the payment online after getting the sealed envelope from university).

Anybody help in telling me that I have send my parcel to CIO office in Sydney NS however came to know that some documents are missing. I did sent my parcel from India through DHL courier and was supposed to get delivered today which has been done. I called DHL in the morning to get redirected the parcel to Brampton to one of my friend and they assured that it will be done. Now they are in the process to recollect the packet and send to Brampton which will done by today by end of the day. Just want to know weather CIO will give the packet back as I don't have any idea??? Please help?
The packet got delivered today in the afternoon and driver will get picked the packet either by today evening or by tomorrow morning. If I don't get the packet will that be a possibility I can resend all the documents once again before they send back to me??? Do they put anything on system or only when the file is complete they maintain data???

I am planning to apply for NOC 1212 (Supervisors, Finance, Insurance Office Worker), hope cap is still open until mid July. My job title was Senior Accountant, but my duties were matched with the NOC 1212. Will there be any prob with that as Accountant is NOC 1111?

Very difficult situation

In case you could get the package diverted to your friend it is ok (which is highly unlikely as it is already delivered) otherwise, if the missing documents are critical, start assembling complete package again and send it, no issues.
