All it matters is what CIC/WES considers, looking to present situation, i see hairline possibility for your App. (almost No as per CIC norms)
you should have researched a bit more, in terms of your score > always keep 1-3 points buffer incase. Anyways GuDLuk see somehow you can make into EE or so.

I already spoke to the university they said they still dont understand why is WES not Recognizing SMU. Infact university has sent me all the documents like DEC, IGNOU, Sikkim Manipal Gazzette Approval letter along with the SMU letter head stating stamped and signed by the Controller of Examinations that SMU university is a UGC Certified and is also a member of AIU. I have sent all these documents along with my application..

I would like to also know whether should i keep funds in my CC for not. In case if CIC accepts my application initially and than rejects it later will i get my refund of $1250. As i filed for my family too..

There are many 7 May applicants too...except settler14, noone has updated SS...very disappointing.

Its been 93 days since i got PER. My visa office is LVO. No MR till now and no second line update as well.
I am really worried now.
How much more time they are gonna take for MR? ? ? ?

Thanks guys for your response, much appreciated..
To answer your questions, i have never visited a foreign country, my medicals were done on 20th Sep and PCC/Medicals were sent to NDVO on 26th Sep.
from 26th Sep- 26th January its already 4 months. I hope criminality is cleared soon..
Rest everything is passed and is ok in GCMS.

I have already dropped an inquiry to NDVO regarding my file, no idea when i will hear back from them.

Is there any mention of Criminality Start Date in GCMS notes?
Hopefully you will get PPR Soon

ANYONE IN THE SAME BOAT AS MINE?


I just now received PPR and it mentions:
 Please provide passports or travel documents for yourself and each accompanying
dependant, along with a copy of this letter, to the visa office in New Delhi. Please see the VFS
Visa Application Centre (India) website for details on how to transmit your passports to the
Canadian High Commission: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/India/.


I am currently in USA and mailing passports from here to India is not safe at all and not legal even. I had requested communication address change to NDVO which is reflecting in the Passport Request letter as well. But to my surprise, even with the USA address, NDVO has asked me to submit passports to CANADIAN HIGH COMMISION through VFS Visa Application Centre (India)

I have already raised a case specific enquiry on Jan 7th and one today but as expected NDVO will take its time to reply.

Can anyone provide any help in this regard? I have 30 days time.
