Hope you will be able to help me. I have a question regarding CAP. I am 28/11 NOC 2281 with DD method of payment.
Example: If some one gets charged who is CC 1/12 is that mean that I am in the CAP 28/11 DD?

I sent an email enquiry to CIO on Nov 26 and finally got a reply from them today. They basically said that my file is in queue to be transfered to the Ottawa visa office. I got my PER yesterday.

I made the RPRF payment, and printed out the PDF receipt. There are some empty fields in the PDF such as my address, date of birth, file #. Can anyone tell me should I fill these fields before sending the form to VO?

BROTHER, CURRENTLY PER DATED 27 NOV ARE GETTING MEDICAL REQUESTS. DON'T WORRY SINCE U RECEIVED PER ON 2 DEC, YOU ARE NOT FAR BEHIND.

I have a question to the seniors and earlier applicants who have got their PP stamped.
Is the initial entry date
- one year from date of medicals done?
- one year from date of medicals uploaded by hospital to eMedicals
- one year from date of medicals receipt received at NDVO

this is assuming that PCC was submitted with initial application

It is unclear, unfair and non-logical way that CIC has.
When my file had been received by CIC in 20th Oct. there were just 376 people in his last updated list. My NOC is 2132.
Till now, I have not received any news from them. In contrast they cashed 4th Dec. applicant in other NOCs.
If the cap is filled. it is around 100 days waiting to know about rejection! It is unbelievable!
It has not been inferred that my document is incomplete because there is no progress in this NOC after 8th Oct. and also my file is exactly the same as my friend's file who has gotten his PER.

I couldn't understand this method. In there description they announce that they will respect to FIFO. In reality there is no sign.

How can you analyze this issue?

So far I haven't received PP stamped (should receive it by end of this week), but Immigration officer told me in interview that my Visa will be valid till XX date. For me thats the day my ECAS reflected as Medicals received. I am not sure about others.
