It make our life so difficult, pages keep on increasing if ppl keep writing Congrates.
We can inbox if we are so happy.
People are in different time zone every morning i wake up and goes with all the pages and then i find always that half of the page is with "Congratulations"

Targeting "congratulations" is over kill IMHO. However I agree with you for all other chitchat and banter.. going off topic once in while is okay but few guys here goo non-stop..

Also speaking in native language even though they know that its an international forum..

Nevermind that bro.. Plus One from me to compensate. I believe there is 1 guy here a few pages back as he literally has been giving -1's to those of us sharing the good news and congratulating.. Just a sad person i guess..

Just to correct you i have given -1 first time only today.

Second i am not giving -1 for sharing the good news, i am giving -1 for ppl who are putting " Congratulations" afterwards any post and making this forum difficult to follow.

giving (-1) is kind a judging person, if you liked post or not - or annoyed simple - ignore it but please do not judge

I do not see any reason one should get (-1) for congratulating another forum friend.

Dear vchaubey, good to hear from you..i know that all the fingers in a hand are not same.. so i am not sad with your action. but to confirm you that to keep my friends be in positive mood, to make them comfortable with the current status of processing and to encourage our fellow friends..we are doing this..

your giving "-" wont effect our processes.., but we feel happy tht our fellow frnds are getting much good results so we are congratulating them. if any problem to you, then kindly skip those msgs and go on dear.. even when ur processes gets results we'l do the same..

I saved the edit link so that I could update my entry in the spreadsheet but it's leading me to a blank form like the one I originally filled out.

but it seems that you got AOR from manila. just wondering....

Actually, in my profile.. The nomination date is my cc charged date and the AOR received means my PER email from CIC.

AOR - "Acknowledgement of Receipt" is normally sent via email by the local VO. Some VO's send this email that they received your file from CIC office. But Manila VO does not send the same.

2-FBI PCC result receipt ...if the application reached to FBI on 20th OCT 2014.

I would like you to share with me how to speak to customer care..I tried 3-4 times but I get stuck when the IVR asks for application No. on phone. My application date was 20 Oct and CC got charged on 29 Dec 2014. I am waiting for the PER email and have been sending emails to CIC but theres no response.
Please guide me how did you get the UCI No. or File No. on phone.

Hi all, I have started feeling very depressed now.....look at my time line....everyone is getting either the 2nd line update ir MR requesr :-[ :-X :'( I hv no idea whats happening to my application....I got per mail on 26th nov....why is this happening with me....can it be because of long travel history....but majorly all short trips...I m just very worried :-X :'( ....cant concentrate on my work atall....dont feel like eating. ...I am very depressed. ..... :-[.....god bless us all....

Is it better to use DD for landing fee payment or pay online?

If online then can I use ICICI Bank Debit card?

Also, if the recommendation is DD then should it be in CAD or in INR, I am an NDVO applicant

I received the medical request email today. The attachment reads that I am required to undergo the medical exam within 30 days of receiving the email. Does it mean that the result of the medical exam needs to reach CIC Ottawa by the 30th day or that the medical exam needs to be done in 30 days. Secondly, I also received another email requesting me to make a payment of ~$490 to get my PR. This email states that the receipt of payment shall be mailed to CIC and that it should reach them no later than 60 days from today. I am thinking of delaying my medical and delaying the payment for PR by a few days to borrow additional time before the clock on my landing starts. How many days delay is advisable ? For those who made required payment and got their medical exam done how long did it take before you got passport request for Visa ?
