To send passport there is an APPENDIX A form to fill. Is it ok if that is hand written?

For RPRF is there any special form to fill? like for sending application a payment form was necessary to fill!

Hi guys Just wanted to confirm one thing .I know it has been asked few times before as well bt still wanna know that 3rd Line of update "Medical received" means medicals has been accepted by local visa office and the person is in queue for PPR ??

Please Advice............
My medicals were done on Dec 26 and hospital sent to VO on Jan 2.....But till now, third line is not updated......
I have seen people getting their 3rd line updated in 7 to 10 days....

What is the probable reason of the delay in my case ?
Should i raise CSE ?

Buddy u shud get in touch with the hospital whu did ur medicals. Same happened in my case then i called the hospital nd dey sed NDVO has asked for my chest checkup nd Xray again . Th mail for which was received quite late. In order to b cautious contact ur hospital.........

I received my PER email last night. My timeline is:

App. Received date - 22nd Oct,2014
CC charged - 29th Dec,2014
PER email - 23rd Jan,2015

Moderator - Can you please update the SS. the link that I had saved was in the office laptop and since I recently left my job, can't access that link. Is there a possibility to getting the link somehow or I will always have to ask the moderator to update the SS going forward also?

Posting again guys :

I was waiting for 3rd line of update bt after almost 18 days i got none so i asked the hospital for the reason behind delay and i was told that NDVO has asked me to meet Chest specialist to rule out TB. I dun knw they must have found sumthng in the Xray bt i met wid the doctor and he verified that i am good nd no sign of TB whatsoever .So the Doctor uploaded the results for my chest related issue on 20th January. My worry is that whether NDVO will ask me to undergo further tests for TB or my ecas will be update to 3rd line? If it is updated how much time will it take??

Mostly they wont. It must be scar in your X-ray, and thats why they told you to undergo further test.
