Any august applicants got MR today from NDVO .. please confirm??

I have the UCI number but I'm not sure if DD has been encashed Were most members able to check ECAS immediately after CC or DD charge.

even 14th Nov DD applicants have reported DD charge.

Hello Everyone!!! I am new to forum and I am in need of suggestions in my case.

I applied for fswp in Jun 2014 I received MR in Nov 2014 and we submitted the same by NOV end. Since I applied in june, I changed my job in August 2014 and shifted to malaysia with new job. I received email from NDVO today that I need to submit malaysian PCC as well but as per the website in CIC and Ministry of external affairs, malaysia. Pcc will be given only who stayed there more than 12 months but my current stay is only 6 months. Could anyone pls help me regarding this. :(

I got RPRF, Medical, and PCC request on 15th Sep. I completed and submited all on 10th Oct, except my spouses FBI PCC. I had then asked for extension for FBI PCC submission, which NDVO approved.

I submitted my Spouse's FBI PCC on 31st Dec 2014 (received at NDVO office in new delhi). Since then i am waiting for PPR request.

Now, I am seeing a general 3 months waiting period for NDVO applicants to receive their PPR, after they submit all final deliverables.
What I dont know though is whether NDVO worked on my application since oct 10 when I submitted everything, or they must have only acted now
when I submitted the final pending FBI PCC on Dec 31.

Any thoughts - Seniors? or people with similar situation who got through?

Hi Aav,

I am in same situation as yours. Submitted my FBI PCC on Jan 1. God knows when will next NDVO act on my file. I am May 8th applicant with Medicals and RPRF submitted on Oct 3rd. Third line updated on Oct 16th and i have not heard back anythg after that from NDVO. God knows when will NDVO act now. Already its been more than 90 days Medicals are submitted. Have no patience to wait for another 90 days for a DM just because of FBI PCC.Hope we hear back from NDVO soon.

Regards,
Thumsup

you can show this email to concern persons in Malaysia and try to get it or else if they dont agree tell them to give in written as a proof that they dont issue pcc to the person staying less then a year and send it to your vo

Have any applicant from LVO faced the same sort of enquiry from visa office? Means calling to the company or physically visit the employment site.

Unfortunately, applicants from certain countries with high level of prevailing corruption and security risk are deeply investigated by Canadian officials. Applicants from those countries are treated in exceptional manner as per the guidelines of the security agencies of Canadian Government. Therefore, mostly it depends upon the country of Nationality that one belongs that whether CIO/CIC will instruct their intelligence services to perform extensive background check which also includes but are not limited to the verification about employment. Verification about employment is done by one or all of the following means depending upon what will satisfy them that the person is truth-full and risk free in all what he has described:-
1)- Site Visit to the company where person works, by Canadian Embassy staff ( it happened with one of the forum member that Canadian embassy staff brought his complete file to the Managing Director of his company and verified about him)
2)- Telephone call to the higher authorities and HR department of the company or to colleagues
3)- Correspondence by means of email or fax
4)- Direct interview at the job place by one of the intelligence contractors of Canadian Intelligence agencies.
