Guys I got my gcms notes , they have not assigned my file to anyone till now
Nothing started on my file
Addition of my baby in November is possible reason for delay as far as I can guess from gcms till now

Anything related to gcms you guys wanna discuss or know or tell pls send me personal msg as I m not reading forum frequently

My interview went neutral and not positive unfortunately.
I have beem asked to wait pending decision.

Hi our file was received by CIC on 12 th Aug and we had high hopes, however received a rejection letter from cic on 28th Dec saying the the spouse's family information form was not sent. However it was already sent...and the most frustrating the rejection letter was sent by CIC in Oct(last week of Oct between 20-25). And we got the post only on 27th Dec by then we could not reapply also cap was reached by then.. can we appeal???

Did you send the missing doc as addendum or as part of your application?

Can CIC ask for documents before sending PER (after CC charge) if they want to clarify something ?

And, if they do not find application eligible is the money credited back ?

No, they simply reject the app at this stage.
