As in my case, i had an long term FD created for the required amount, since i didnt have this info when i submitted my file and my consultant wasn't very sure.
But i have noticed a lot of applicants using FD and have got PERs.

Hi all!

I have a question regarding POF. I submitted my FSW docs in September 2014 and I attached as POF a time deposit certificate which had a tenure of 1 year and will expire in Februrary 2015. I don't want to renovate the Certificate for another year because I might need the funds sooner (if Mexico City VO works harder to issue MRs!!) so I was thinking on renewing it for only three months. At the bank they told me that they could do it but it will generate a different account number from the one I had before. So the question is: does VO validate POF by researching with the bank the products I have with them and verifies that the account number is the same as the one I presented with my documents? because in this case I will still have the funds but under a different account number..

I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!!

Dont worry u can renew it. Account number would not make any diffrence as long as you have required funds on your/spouse name. CIC do not check/ verify with the bank as they do not have sny authority to do so.

I happy to announce 2nd line updated yesterday.. VO-Port of Spain.. PER received in November.. Usually with my VO i have noticed members reporting MR/RPRF/PPR at the same time.. my expectation is that i will receive this email by the end of the week or early next week.. god bless!

App Recd : 5th Aug 2014
PER : 26th Nov 2014
MR : 20th Jan 2015

I had 1+ year in the NOC that I applied and rest experience in other NOC. Thanks all for being helpful during this time!!!

Anyone from Ahmedabad can suggest me, which Apollo clinic we need to visit for MR? From CIC site I can see its address as one near Gandhinagar.

Simply raise a CSE..... for FBI clearence they givebextension for up to 6 months
