What was that last update of pending files and cap.

i have also applied on 30th october. but till now no cc charged and no information. if application is rejected then in how much time it will be returned to us. do you know anything.

Almost same time in my case but NDVO doesn't seem to be in a mood to give PPR. All planning is being impacted due to this delay. Wish they could understand this fact.

I called CIC and after several times was able to get my UCI

Online status says ..... IN PROCESS

1st for Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada &
2nd for Application for Permanent Residence - Federal Skilled Worker submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, Nova Scotia

Status " IN PROCESS " has a different meaning on both links ... which 1 should be followed ... and how long does it take for PER email after UCI is created
