I got charged today evening (Indian standard Time)
NOC = 2281
App Rec Date = 19th Nov 2014
Payment Method = Credit card

Question : I am little worried and confused so asking this , Is it sure that i will receive PER mail after getting charged or still there are chances of NER ?

CC charge is based on completeness check. So you application seems complete so they debited your CC.
PER is based on eligibility check. They will check now whether you meet minimum requirement as per MI. If you meet they will issue you PER.

99.9% you will get the PER.... NER is v.v. rare after being charged.. so chill .trust god you will receive PER soonnnnnnn

Welcome buddy, well chances of NER are only there if points are falling below 67, else you receive PER!

Her Goku, Bro what about if someone got Medical, passport copies and RPRF request without PCC(as PCC sent earlier).
Still they can call for interview after that ?
And if RPRF fee DD is en-cashed still there is chance for interview ?

There is little chance(1%) of interview. But it will be either for quality assurance purpose or regarding security concerns. In 99% cases people don't get interview after MR, RPRF and PPR1 .

If you are concerned about you wont getting an interview, Don't worry you wont get an invitation for that.

We are in same boat.
I m noc 2281 november 13th applicant. CC Charge yesterday 14th January 2015. Waiting for PER.

Happy to report, CC charged just now, 19th Nov, 0013 applicant.

After a long wait of 7 months, finally some good news, as I was an original applicant of 19th June, app returned in Nov.
