Everything except PCC can be submitted to CIC electronically. So scan and go ahead. I am not familiar with the type of your passport. Basically scan the page with your photo and any other pages containing information on the holder.

Dear senior Diplomatru i have a question for u.i m july 9 applicant Per 4 nov Lvo.why is there so much disparity between working of Ndvo n Lvo.will u please shed some light on it.people from same timeline(Ndvo)are getting 2nd line updated n MR and people from Lvo are desperating for this.

1) they moved to a new office in London
2) they provide services to more countries than NDVO does
3) some of their clients come from high-risk countries, so security protocols are more tense

I would say Brazil only ; that would explain why they are so darn fast .

Not only that: they are a 20 min car ride from my house, so I'll deliver my Passport in person when the time comes .

It's cool that they allow walk-ins. Moscow VO used to do that (with business hours from 9 to 10 am on Wednesdays), and I got my SP that way, but later they turned to VFS delivery.

Hummmm, that's a different question altogether! I never looked to see if they do allow walk-ins. If they don't, VFS Sao Paulo is just 2 blocks away from the VO, so that won't really change my plans

How many June Applicants are waiting for MR with 2nd Line already updated??

I am waiting for the MR since the 2nd Line is updated on 18th Dec.

Now even the Aug applicants started receiving the MR..

What is going on at NDVO??

Not too shabby . If I'm not mistaken that's where Microsoft Brazil has their headquarters too, very nice place.
