DD encashed on 7th December as per PER.. While bank is saying that it is still outstanding..

i wrote a letter stating my misinterpretation if the question n stated



i the orincipal applicant and my spouse have been refused visitors visa to the usa from the past.
However i since i hav yet heard from my local visa office im not able to send any additional documents, should u require that i
refill the bd form or require any information to support this i will b very willing to provide u with sch..............

this is just the main part of my letter wil this work?

I have already found some info regarding the EE submitting while you are in FSWP 2014. But it is still not so clear for me.
So, is there any sense to apply for the EE at the time when my FSWP 2014 was not yet considered?

Today I called CIC
NOC 2132 – 22ND October 75 days!!!
The officer was very helpful, he asked me my details and said that till date my profile has not be entered in CIC system and with this no UCI has been created, as per him its normal that a profile may not be created or it may be returned. NO DD has been charged
DID anyone earlier got his file because of the above scenario
Please advise I am out of the game or what

Guys, here is a question which causes my biggest interest at the moment.
In "charge date estimates" of FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet, on the app. rcvd date 12/31/2014 the estimated first charge date is scheduled on 1/02/2015. How do you think will this schedule be followed? Is it actual figure?
