Guys!!

Just got a call from my bank (ICICI Bank) that DD has been cleared on 29th Dec.
Was really worried considering that my app dated 2nd sept as per me was stated to be recd by cic on 20th Oct. I still am cautious regarding PER considering recent events. Will celebrate only once I receive PER.

Thanks to all forum members who believed in me even when I myself had given up hope. Wouldn't have been possible without the strength to sustain that you guys have given me. Don't want to take names as the list is endless and don't want to miss anyone even inadvertently.

Will update SS in the evening. My timelines as follows :

Noc : 1114
App recd date As per me : 2nd sept.
App recd date As per cic : 20th Oct.
DD encashment date : 29th Dec.

LONG TIME PASSED. THERE NO EXACT ANSWER ABOUT 4011 NEED MASTERS OR NOT. WHY SOMEONE GOT PER WITH HIS HONOURS. WHY CIC ENCASH MONEY IF ANYONE APLY WITHOUT MASTERS. FOR ENGINEERS NEED MASTERS OR NOT...................................... PLS EXACT ANSWER

Hello Friends,
I am 2173 NOC applicant date 25 Aug. I assume the cap has already been filled up. i don't know what happen to my application, whether they will return back my application or not. its almost 5 month, i have already send mail related to my query but no response. Any help/pointer how can I track my application. At least i should get back my demand draft.

Did you check from your bank if DD has been cashed?...thats the only way you can know if the CAP was filled or you met the cap....however since you have not received back your package since then i should believe you are in the game

If CIC will return an application due to incomplete docs , how it will be mailed ?
Is it through the envelop that we already had included , or it will be through other courier ?

Oh wow..good news..at least when you move to Saskatchewan (my planned landing province too)..i should be able to get good information about life in Saskatoon or Regina and job prospect

it takes upto 30 days or more after cc charge.
