My wife is the PA under NOC 4214 (Early Childhood Teacher). Her school does not issue Pay Slips. The salary is disbursed in Cash against signing the Cash Vouchers. We have already submitted the Reference Letter from the School in original, copies of Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter and Job Card with the application. Question is, what if VO asks for Pay Slips, what should be our best bet?

Seniors Please shed some light on this - thanks.

If VO asked for it, get a salary certificate letter from the school. Also add a cover letter that the school do not issue Pay Slips. I guess, LVO is most likely aware that many of the institution specially in Indian Subcontinent don't issue Pay Slips. I don't think it would be a show stopper.

I am a 28th Sept applicant under NOC 2171 and saw another post in the forum that said cap for 2171 has been reached.
Could that be a reason for not hearing back on PER. Can someone clarify plz.
