That CIC Page confuses me like anything
First line says
Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence?
Yes. However, certificates are available only to current legal residents.
and I have read in different posts that Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issues PCC only to current legal residents may be they stay outside KSA but have a valid residence in KSA. *Feeling Confused *

brother. No pcc from ksa if u left or outside ksa. There is no framework for that .
Rest is up to u.

thanks for your input, That's what i thought , But still will VO ask for a PCC from KSA ? if so in that case will an explanation letter to CIC help?. I dont have copy of my Iqama, Any chance I can obtain some reference using my Passport and KSA RP permit stamped on my passport? . Im working in UAE since last 3 years. I can submit PCC from UAE and India but no idea how to negotiate the PCC from KSA if at all VO ask for one ? any suggestions , sorry for being paranoid just a bit too tensed ??? ??? ???

1. notarized docs are not required by cio or lvo.ahsan99 said:
2. only those docs which are not in English needs to be translated and notarized by any notary public.
3. they are not cross checked and verified.
note: now days almost every doc is issued in both English and Urdu, try to get the English version, that will save u from a lot of hassle and will be useful in future as well.
