sad news to share and guidance sought.

my kid passed away to the eternity, 4 days back.
was fighting cancer for last 5 months.


KEY STATS.
dd mode for family of 4. 1400 CAD
app reached 14/11.

had used old fee form, couldnt chek latest [then] in disturbed mental condition..
although my kids r less than 19, new change doesnt apply to me, still it was a mistake.

questions/queries..

1. need to send revised/updated forms.. [generic, additional family info, fee]. PLZ ADD IF SOME IS MISSING.
2. now fee is to be charged 1150 CAD. is it ok for previous dd[1400] to be charged for it. yes in my opinion?
3. will they adjust or refund balance amount?
4. i hope to courier this addendum by 30-31/12 and mark URGENT on envelop[will mention previous app recvng stats]. will it be considered before dd charging[14/11 rcvd. current cc charging on 22/10] ?

ITS TOUGH to bear this loss but have to move on.

Need urgent help on Indian PCC. I received MR, RPRF and PCC request yesterday. I have a PCC which is 5 months older. Can I submit the same or should I get a new PCC from PSK and then submit all the documents?

God chose to rest your son's soul in your home country not in the maple land and we cannot challenge God's will. May God give you patience and strength during these difficult times. Your suffering may happen to anybody of us and nobody knows what will happen even in the next minute. We are dreaming about Canada but only God knows if our destiny to join it for a better future may happen or not. Before any decision from CIC, death and other difficult times may say to us "NO you are not going to Canada" life will continue and we should Believe in God's Will. Have a strong faith!

My 3rd line got Updated today after a long wait.

Medicals Received : 11th Nov
Medicals done(Mine) : 15th Nov & Additional test on 29th Nov (India)
Medicals done (Spouse) : 22nd Nov (Abroad )
RPFF Receipt,Medical receipts,PCC : 6th Dec Sent & Delivered on 8th Dec
Medical results Received (Ecas Update) : 27th Dec

Was little worried inbetween because of additonal test for BP and delay in update.

Hope this update clears my medical stage right ?

Wait starts again for FBI PCC & then PPR !!

Just checked my email and it had come on Christmas eve !!

How long is the wait for MR ? Can some one please explain to me my next steps and the timeline

US Visa Refusal not mentioned

Hello Fellow Forumites,

I have seen a lot of people in this forum who belong to the below scenario and I am one among them:

A Visa refusal not being mentioned in the Schedule A Background Declaration - IMM5669. My US student visa was refused about 12 years ago and I forgot to mention it in the form (since it occured to me that I should only mention visa refusal in the last 10 years - MY MISTAKE. I notice NOW that it says EVER)

It would help a lot of us who find ourselves in this situation wherein we have received PER. The question is how do we put it across to the local VO. Is it after we receive MR or soon after PER?

Any help from those who have already got their third line updated in ECAS in guiding us.

Hi All

I have couple of queries regarding PCC.

1.I have stayed in different parts of India from last 7-8 years but what I understood from many earlier posts that a single PCC for India is sufficient. Correct me if I am wrong.

2.Is PCC required from all the places where I was staying in India from last 1 year or a single PCC from my permanent address will be fine?
