I sent my application on 23rd Dec 2014 to CIC from UAE via DHL.

DHL told me it will arrive on 31st Dec due to Christmas Holidays.

Do you guys honestly think I will reach on 31st Dec 2014?

I am a little worried if the mail will be delayed or something.

According to the spread sheet tab Transit Time, it takes highest 5 days to reach CIO from UAE. So, your file will definitely be reached within 7 days - no doubt.

I had done the same mistake. After my MR request, I drafted an apologetic cover letter, alongwith revised background form, photocopies of US visa rejection letters and sent it to my Visa office in New Delhi via courier.

Generally after your Medicals, your local VO does criminality check, wherein 1 of their checks includes verifying your information with the US immigration database too (generally for asylum, deportation etc.) but your student and tourist visa rejection will definitely crop up there.

Although, that's not a base to jeopardize your Canadian PR, but they might reject your case based on misrepresentation...now...after you get a PR and land in canada..or maybe even after you acquire a Canadian citizenship...you never know..quite uncertain situation to be in....

Hence, I suggest you send your local VO all these docs by courier. Declaring this now won't affect your PR application for sure..a 100% positive on that!!

In 2012 I had applied for Quebec and also got the file number, it states we are opening your file and the amount has been chased, now on this letter I have two numbers as Nref .ind : HA0000000 “seven numbers”
Also have N DU Dossier: HA000000000 “Nine Numbers”
Can I use above information to track my current FSWP application
When I tired its showing the number must start with an alphabet followed by 9 numbers
I.e. Similar to N DU Dossier: HA000000000 “Nine Numbers”
But not successful can anyone advice

Please note: In 2012 itself i got letter from Quebec Immigration - that my file is closed as i was not able to clear A2 level of french exam

Her passport expires in November 2015.
She has her before marriage name in passport.

Can I change her name and attached my name behind her name?
