I got PER on 10th Oct, 2014.

Second line update on 5th Dec, 2014 "We have started processing your application"

Till Now I have not received anything regarding MR?

Please help me out.......I Am really worried that is is been delayed more tha 70 days after getting PR?

Need not to worry. You will get your MR soon. NDVO will flash for MR for all together for 2-3 weeks. Just cool ,calm and stay positive .

i have submit my PP in abudhabi VO on 1 Dec.its being 24 days now.no updates.
only ECAS change to descion made since Satarday.
..as per there email they finalize applicaiton in 10 working days.

Dear Fellow Members,

Need some urgent Help on How is the Financial Background Check will be done ... I have a typical problem , I have shown 2 documents of funds for 2 adults and 1 child.

1) A bank letter of Rs.11,00,000/- stamped signed by the Branch Head with his mobile number on it. This Bank Letter includes a fixed deposit of Rupees 10,00,000/- and remaining amount as balance in saving account (show as a cumulative amount not separately) .

2) A scanned Color Copy of Fixed Deposit included additionally.

My status as of now is

Application Received : 26th June 2014
PER Received : 24th Oct 2014
2nd Line Update 10 Dec 2014

Now the problem is... the fixed deposit got matured and the total amount including interest as been reverted back in to my bank savings account , and unfortunately I have used a maximum amount for a very urgent cause , due to that emergency situation(Guys am not stupid to disturb that amount until it is very very urgency and emergency , so kindly understand my plight). I complete forgot about this Verification process during those tensed moments and by the time I realized the amount was totally utilized,and Now I have adjusted that money which I have used for emergency situation and want to deposit right back into the account Immediately.. Does this incident will have any adverse effect on my Verification Process ???
I have good rapport with the Branch Head and crossed check if any kind of en-query either Physical or Telephonic has been done on my account, in reply he said not till date and he promised me to that he will inform me if inquiry is been done regarding funds. Bur I am not sure if they will cal him or do a centralized fund verification check else where. ( Kindly throw some light)

I am JUST PRAYING TO GOD THAT EVERYTHING SHOULD GO WELL AND HOPEFULLY MY efforts TO SAVE ONE LIFE SHOULD not push my application into jeopardy.

Guys I am already panicking and I kindly ask you members to refrain from making me more tensed. I would kindly expect a mature reply and I hope all you guys would help me in that....

Nothing to worry, as you deposited the amount. If they ask for updated POF explain them that the FD got matured and deposited the amount in your savings account.

Hi,

For police clearance certificate, should I get the PCC done for both myself and my wife (dependent) ? or is it fine to get it done only for the main applicant?

PCC should be obtain by all, except minors.

Generally they respond with app returned date either due to CAP or due to incompleteness... In my case they don't have any record, what does that mean???

Can anyone pls help me how to send the passport to NDVO?
1. Mode of sending; courier / postal?Both
2. How does the visa office send the passport back? (Should we send the return charges or we arrange the return through courier?)By normal post
3. Address to send the passport?Same address where you send your RPRF

My advice is to choose VFS, its the safest mode for sending Passport.

Yes, medicals are needed for everyone applying for a PR visa. If non custodial child is not part of your application then no. However, in any case CIC will specifically mention who needs medical exam in Medical Request if I'm correct.

In my case i didnt included my noncustodial child to my application but today i received the Medical Request for that child also,
Clearly specifying his name in bold letters along with a request to submit his birth certificate and the custody papers,
I have a legal custody document which says he will be in custody of his mother.

What are are my options as his mother wont let me to make him appear for medicals.

they are working on app received in september.might be you will get PER in JAN.
so hope for good news in new year.even its holday time now.so there is less chance you get any updates now.
