As per CIC updates . It shows about 907 completed and 93 slots . But we don't know this count is it up
To September or it includes October also . Probably October is included since we saw October applicants getting cc charged

Guys,

I require an input from you guys.
I applied under 1114 on Dec 5 and CIO Sydney received all the documents by Dec 10. On Dec 10, I realized that I have missed attaching photocopies of my marksheets in the package and hence sent a new mail with a cover letter referencing original package with the marksheet copies which was received by CIC on Dec 15. Till date, I haven't heard from CIC either positive or negative. Do you guys think the application would be returned or they can attach the documents received 5 days later. I have sent an e-mail to CIC with proofs of the person who has received the courier both the times. I am in Canada presently and sent my application from here. Thank you for your inputs..

My friend, are you calling 22c day and 10c night in Delhi cold? What will you say when you are in Canada during winter. It is Freeeeezing!!

Did you just sent another envelope our have you raised a CSE as well? CIO will take about 50 days to answer your CSE if the documents were successfully joined or not. They don't have a standard procedure to do that, so it might work or not. The SS on my signature has info about CSE, you can check there.

Would you be able to send a new complete application just to be extra sure?

I am not sure whats CSE that you are referring here. But I sent a e-mail to CIO-Sydney-Search (some e-mail id) about the issue and informing that I have sent the remaining marksheet documents to them.
Point I am making is that even though I have sent sealed WES report, will photocopy of marksheets would be such big a issue that even after sending a new mail they would not accept it. I heard sendind highly critical original documents like WES report, IELTS report card is sometimes not accepted separately, but really photocopy of marksheets as anyhow WES has given their consideration based on that marksheets only.
I am not sure of re-applying as I have attached a DD of CAD 1100 with the application and sending a new DD or CC would just duplicate my application. Also, if they return my application after 31 Dec, I l not be able to re-apply..right?

it was the p ive been in canada during winter and its really freezing . it was amazing experience. I'm hoping my next winer will be in Canada

Really happy and a special thanks to all the forum members and a very special one to PIPIS HUSBAND.

But there are a few problems i need to discuss

There is a spelling mistake in my name. My name is spelled as Farooq Ahmed., whereas in the email it is written as Farooq Ahmad. I cross checked my application forms and i wrote the correct spelling of my name in the forms. What do i do . Also i have got a job in dubai and have changed my employer but my wife is not here, i dont know when I would be able to call her as i need to settle down and stuff. I know i have to inform cic of my employer and location change but if i receive a medical call is it possible that she would do her medicals in Karachi and I in Dubai ??

Kindly answer the above questions

Instructions to send CSE are at the Excel.. but yes, it is sending the e-mail like you did.

I know photocopy of the marksheets are mandatory documents, so you need to do send them.

If you send two applications, they will charge you twice, yes. And if they return your application after Dec 31st, you will not be able to reapply.

If you have two IELTS and two WES reports in hand, I would prefer paying double than not getting my application through... but it's your call. There is a high probability your extra documents work.

Hi..... I am a Temporary Worker here in Alberta and my wife is a PR in Vancouver.. She wants to sponsor me to be a Permanent Resident.. She is pregnant and we want to live together as soon as possible but I cannot move to Vancouver until I have a PR.. SO we are applying for her to sponsor me. But I see now that it takes a long time processing here inside. Is it possible to send my application outside Canada even though I am already working here as a Temporary worker? Please Help..Thanks a Lot...
