Dear friends,

I have filled in schedule A background declaration form:
For education years:- 8=Elementary/Primary (1st to 8th class)
4=Secondary/High School (9th to 12th class)
4= Bachelors degree 4years

Now, I want to ask, from which class onwards i have to fill details ? 10th or 9th
Please check my table below:
From - To Name of Institution Type of certificate Field of study
2000-2002 School name Secondary General
2002-2004 School name Sr. Second. Science


And what should i write for completed degree in 'Personal History' under 'Activity' column: Study/Studied/Completed/Studying ?

i concur 100% bro...but try to send the spouse BC as additional doc with letter explaining, you MIGHT be lucky enough for it to be added to you application

But cic has got already all the birth certificates since I sent it when I have obtained my work permit

(to be received before 31st dec)...but not guaranteed

No BC=100% rejection

Proof of Fund and personal loan

I have plans to avail a personal loan due to urgent need. However, I am bit worried whether it will affect the background check (which might be happening now? by NDVO / CIC ? Not sure) and could anyhow impact/delay my much awaited PPR. Btw, My MR is over and was delivered to NDVO on 9th October. Please advise.. Also one more question to those lucky charms who received PPR already; Was there any personal loan in your name when the process was on. Please reply asap.

I didn't mentioned that I was rejected US in my background declaration form.
I received my PER on 25th of November.
Now does this makes any issue later on?

Please I need urgent help. I have a very big issue and I need expert opinion. I have been previously married but been divorced in last year.

In my Generic Application form IMM008 there is a question " Have you previously been married or in a Common-law Relationship" by mistake I selected "No" and also didn't attached any evidence of divorce as I didn't select the option so forgot to attach any document for divorce.

Now I have received PER, AOR and also got Medical exam instructions and RPRF. My case is delayed as VO asked me to submit my upcoming baby addiotional documents along with my medical exams. He also asked to fill IMM008 Generic Application again.

So please advice me "Can I put divorce detail now in new generic application without explanation letter" as they will use only new form or "I should attach explanation letter and reason why I didn't attached it earlier". Is this will affect my selection ?

Sorry, I dont think it is a mistake. It is a deliberate attempt to hide facts, reasons obviously known to you. There are two ways now:

1. Tell your local VO what you have done and why you have done and wait for them to react. If they react positively, well and good, you can live your life peacefully in canada.

2. You may choose to not update them even one, but, will always have to live on the edge even after going to Canada have a thought on the back of your mind that CIC might know about this and may come after you. Consequences could be anything......

Choice is yours. Apologies for being harsh, but i am really annoyed that you took the pain of going all the way till MR and apparently have to throw it away for a deliberate mistake. Mentioning "Yes" would not have made much difference in my opinion. But, you chose say "no" for reasons only known to you...

Actually neither 19th November, nor 16th December.

In fact no one can tell with certainity that up to which date they have opened the application parcels and up to which date the application parcels are still in que.

According to information present on this forum on 16th December, the latest CC being charged were applicants whose applications were delivered at CIO on or around 30th September.

Therefore most probably the numbers present on CIC lates update which is on 16th December, only reflects the applications received till 30th september.
Means there are piles of applications of October, November and December, which are not reflected in these numbers.

Number of applications counted towards the 1,000 sub-cap = 11,544
Pending applications (Complete applications waiting for MI Acceptance Review) = 4,565
Applications of October, November, and December which are still not opened = X

So, Total applications with CIC on 16th December are actually = 11544 + 4565 + X = 16109 + x

Is the CC charged as soon as the file is opened ?

If yes, then there i no point updating the numbers on CIC website .. As they should would have mentioned the date like 19th Nov is mentioned in the PHd Applications Cap ..

Do you have any good reason for saying that?

Please use only BLOCK/CAPITAL letters, this will reduce the chance of spelling mistake while data entry.

Use of BLOCK/CAPITAL letters on internet/Email/Chat is shouting at others........... As otherwise, for filling apps, they are required and always suggested.

Or there is a typo on the same?

Mine is 100% confirmed. I only update forum with correct information. Everybody's progress is different at NDVO even people having same filing dates.
