I have sent my application on 23rd September and Demand Draft enclosed with application was encashed on 16th Dec 2014, but still I did not receive any communication (email or text or Letter). When will I recevie the File no. and other necessary details regarding my application.

Please provide your views and suggestions.

I guess another 15 - 20 days from today..

Few days before i asked you all to pray for 3 year old boy to survive from critical situation. He is no more but he gave life to 4 people(all are kids) by donating his HEART, KIDNEY, LIVER and EYES. HEART TRANSPLANT done for a kid in CHENNAI yesterday.

NOW WAIT FOR FILE TRANSFER N THEN REQUEST FOR MEDICAL FROM YOUR LOCAL VISA OFFICE. AS PER TREND IT IS TAKING 2 MONTHS ON AN AVERAGE IN INDIA TO GET A CALL FOR MEDICAL.

CHANCES OF REFUSAL ARE SLIM AND ONLY ON ACCOUNT OF FRAUD/MISREPRESENTATION/SECURITY THREAT/MEDICAL INADMISSIBILITY.

You can mail them at the address CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca and expect a reply in 40-45 days.

Please type the address instead of copy-pasting.

Don't know which date is going through completeness check but 30th October definitely must be through.

but i have a question
how can i know that i got NER
Does the uci line state anything other than in process we have received your application dated....
does it state u ve been rejected or NER or anything?
as i know that they dont send NER emails but they send you your file back wilth ner letter ...right?
So i will have to wait for another month at least to get my file back and i need to prepare for EE .
please answer my query

NER is a Email.
uci line is Decision Made.

Kids parents are very brave. Even in that much of pain, they have decided to give life few other kids... Hats off! This kid goes on to Live in the form of people to whom he donated... God bless this amazing family. Thanks Venkat for letting us know about this.
