As it is manual process, some updations are even done after PER. Few of my friends were able to see ECAS status 2-3 days after they received PER.

I am sure this delay was attributed to the updating in CAS. DE always takes place before MIAR=>email.

I have applied Canada several years ago, so I have an old File Number.
I just used my old FN to track the status, then see the information.

You know, there are cases when CAS information is unavailable for few days even after PER. So, there is hardly any pattern here, because apart from DE the CAS should be updated too (which can happen even on weekend and is totally unpredictable).

Another question,
If I will get NER or somebody has got NER, what is the status in ECAS, also like "we received your application on XXXX"?

No it will show "Decision made" after some days of NER mail
And when you click on Decision made you will see-

We received your application on XXXX (this date will be your application received date at CIC)
We start processing your application on YYYYY(this date will be the date when you will get NER email)
A decision has been made on your application, visa office will contact you.

Hi all - My status shows "Decision Made" from today.
4th line: "decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision"
Still not received PPR
Thank God and all of you for helping / supporting. I wish you all the very best and may you all get the visa soon.
Will update SS shortly.

MR: 10th Oct
RPRF paid: 22nd Oct

I see so many applicants saying ECAS changes "decision made" as fourth line but no PPR mail. .

Help me understand this, what will be first from both:

fourth line will be added first ? or PPR e mail will be first ??

Could anyone please suggest on below:-

If my applications status shows 'Medical results have been received.', does this mean that they have received the medical results or it implies that they have received all i.e medical results, medical receipts, RPRF, PCC?

Note:- My visa office is NDVO.

I am Sept. 12 NOC 2232, CC charged Nov. 27, my ECAS updated also is "we received your application on Sept. 12".
And I am waiting for PER.
Does it means I will got PER definitely? any chance to get NER?

Your application received date= 12th september
CC charged date= 27th Nov
Do you remember your ECAS update date ?

BTW, iOS users

there is a freeware app 'Canada Status Checker' in the AppStore that you can use to check CAS in one click. All personal information is stored on the Apple device.
