"Good afternoon:

Please be advised that your file was transferred to New Delhi. As your file is no longer in our office, we are unable to comment on it. Please direct your enquiries and additional information to that office.

SO, CIC is currently replying to mails sent on OCT 27.

I applied for NOC2174. CIC website says 1000 applications accepted for my category. My was Application was received on 15th September. CC is not yet charged. Is there any chance for me to be in that 1000 accepted applicants? I'm confused weather to wait for a positive response or rejection.

What to send for highest education except ECA report? All semesters mark sheets or Final Degree certificate only or both are required.
Also, please tell, which docs are to be send as photocopies and which one original ?

The timing is 50 days which is the current expected time of reply from cio.

Official Transcripts which states all your courses and grades.
Photocopies of your Degree Certificates
Original ECA report and Original IELTS

Manager's cheque is as good as DD, atleast thats what I know. Other can reconfirm.

Cheques issued by the bank payable in the same city as the issuing branch city are known as Pay Order or Managers Cheque. Go ahead and send the MO to the embassy.
