Its better to take a new photographs bcoz they have asked for the latest one..
Same photo will be printed on visa stamp...

yes we need to send one prepaid return courier to NDVO...with all documents including all passports

I think you are from abudhabi.. hw do send the passports from abudhabi ,hw u will get it back.. i am also from dubai with NDVO

DHL courier will accept the passports???

but let us know whether ur payment is made through DD or CC, as i too from same NOC and my DD got Encashed on 21 Nov-14.. but still waiting for PER..

Bro, NDVO has just started issuing PPR....might take some more time..may be two months or more
