Dear all,
I have confusion in Schedule A – Background Declaration IMM5669E Form:

1. In column no. 2 can i write my name in native language by hand after taking print out of filled form or it should be typed in computer as other columns ?

2. In column no. 7 (Education), how to distribute years in each box (four boxes above table) ?
Upto Primary- I completed 5 years of study
Upto Elemantry- I completed 8 years of study
Upto High School/Matric- Completed 10 years
Upto Secondary- completed 12 years
After Secondary, 4 years Bachelors degree- completed 16 years of study.

3. In column 7 (Education), in table for education what to write under 'Name of Institution' ? My University/School Board Name or My college/School name which was affiliated to University/Board.

4. Should I mention my Apprenticeship Training received during Bachelor degree course ? Training was part of Bachelor degree.

5. What to write 'Field of study' for matric class as there was no specific branch/stream.

I responded YES
I called them to make sure they approved, and I was told
It was declined TWO Times

I am right now on the phone with them

guys , the generic application has been updated in November , and I did not sent the updated one as I did not know , My application has arrived on December 11 , but when I checked the changes I found nothing, only in the new one no place to specify the VO . does this make any issues ?

In the PER email, it shows only my name. My wife name is no where in the email.


and my wife did not get any email from CIC

is it fine.

Hello all,

I received MR and PCC requests 3 days ago. I live in the states but am going to visit India for 2 weeks. Can I get the medical tests done in India from the CIC recommended physicians? Or it has to be done in States which is my residence. Pls let me know.

I think medical done from India should be fine. But better to check with other seniors on this forum.

I believe its fine as long as the test is e-Medical and principal applicant has the required PDFs sent by VO.

My credit card got charged on 12th December 2014 ....can't explain my happiness

Application date - 24th September

For credit card applicants - I informed my bank that I will be in Canada till end of January 2015 and allow payment from there. So I think credit card applicants can do that...

Dear all,

I received per on 28th on nov. After that I send two updates
1)one up date regarding my travel.... which I didnt reveal at time of initial application because of first name was misspelt on passport n visa.
2) second update on employment. I showed me leaving from my present company but they asked me to continue on old contract.

These both updates has been send with explanation letter and supporting documents.

Both documents updates will reach to cic london visa office by 16th dec.
my question to forum

1) it takes approx 60 days .... from per to mr request.Does these two updates will delay this average time period ?

Most probably Yes, any updates will delay further processes .

Yes, Take print and Write in native language.
