almost a month back i was reading on the forum that time taken to issue PER was around 100 days, has it came down now its still same?

I am applicant of noc 3012. Application was received on Nov 24. As currently cap got full. Are there any chances that my application is included in it? I am also eligible for NOC 3011. Should I gather documents and go for another application? Plz suggest . By which date application should receive? Can application be submitted without police certificate?

no need of PCC now,,.. your local VO is responsible for that( they will request you to submit) send your application before December 31..

guys I have one question....

even though I have done with medicals and awaiting ppr.....still want to clear one thing and for my info.


now they have mentioned

25 points full for PHD or equal level of education

23 points for Master level or equal OR entry to practice professional degree. they have further elaborated that to claim 23 points ur education MUST be in any of the following fields which are Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.

22 points for 2 or more Canadian post secondary degrees, diploma or equal.

I m not explaining further. the point is that if u have done masters in any of the above mentioned fields ONLY than ONLY u can claim 23 points. else for all other masters u will get 22 points. am I correct?

like I have done MBA and my CES ECA says its equivalent to Canadian level masters degree but since its not in any one field that is mentioned above for 23 points, will I be getting just 22 points for that? is it true that only degrees from any field mentioned above will get 23 points? else all people having masters in any field will get 22 points only?

please help and clear out my understandings cos I was self calculating 23 points for myself in my app. but just now read its details and I think according to it I got 22 points for education instead of 23.

I believe the examples of fields of study (Medicine, pharmacy etc.) pertain to entry to practice professional degrees, as some jurisdictions (such as canada) require the attainment of minimum educational qualifications before pursuing careers in the field of medicine, law etc. I believe if WES evaluates your highest degree as equivalent to Masters in Canada, you are eligible for 23 points. This is my take. Other opinions are welcome

Hello Freinds,
Me and my wife dont have Birth Certificate. But we have 10th certificate as proof of DOB. It has Applicant name, DOB, Father name and Mother name.
Can anybody share format of affidavit which is to be attached with 10 certificate for not providing Birth Certificate ?
Also, please tell me, whose signature is required on this affidavit ?

No specific format. Just ensure all details about your birth date, birthplace, parents name is mentioned in the affidavit and explain the reason for not having birth certificate.
