My WES report was sent via UPS from canada to Nigeria on the 27th November. i have been tracking it and saw that it has been in KOELN GERMANY since 28th November for warehouse scan. please what do i do? i dont know why it should stay up to 4 days in Germany when time for submission is almost running out. i have sent mail to WES intimating them of this issue and i have also sent mail to UPS. Is there anything else I can do about it?

There was a report earlier today of an application from September 17th being returned due to cap full.

So the cap was met September 17th or a few days earlier.

Is there anyone who have got PCC from Japan embassy(From India) after getting the PER email?

I'm really confused because Japan Embassy ask to submit the proof that I need the PCC.

NDVO provide us only 45 days to submit the PCC and Japan pcc would take 2 months. How to handle this situation?

WES can't do anything about it because the docs have already left their offices.

You should cal UPS support line. They may help you.

Only solution here is to call UPS customer care and share your concern. may be they would suggest you something about the potential arrival date of the parcel.

I am not sure whether its actually a UPS issue. Can you clear the browser cache and then track. Sorry if it sounds too basic, but I have been in that situation.
