thank you for the reply... Do I have to send them papers by mail or emailing them would be fine.

If you must send, send by courier with a cover letter quoting your full name, NOC and date your application was received and name of receiving officer.

I too have a similar question. In my case i am the principle applicant and my husband is the dependent. I got PER on 6-Nov-2014. What will be the impact on my application if i get pregnant.

As per my knowledge...she cannot undergo medical test on this period due to x-rays(radiation).So plz inform VO about your situation and they will postpone the medicals till delivery and can be done after the delivery..ur application will be in queue till that time.
