Yes they do ask for Photo's but not sure why the VISA is issued without Applicants photo's.
makes me also a bit nervous, hoping this has no issue while landing in CA.

For Saudi Arabia PCC, This information might be helpful to indians residing outside the kingdom and needs KSA PCC.

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
(FOR THOSE, WHO HAVE LIVED IN SAUDI ARABIA IN THE PAST)
It has come to our notice that a number of individuals, who have lived in Saudi Arabia in the past and are now residing elsewhere after seeking final exit from Saudi Arabia, wish to get a Police Clearance Certificate for applying for citizenship/permanent residency of countries like USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Newzealand etc.

2. It may be noted that a Saudi Arabian PCC requires elaborate police investigations, including furnishing of applicant's certified fingerprint. This process is not only lengthy but also much beyond the purview of Consulate's consular function. Normally, the Saudi mission/post in the country of applicants' current residence should be taking up the job – however, mixed results have been in this regard.

3. However, in order to tide over this situation – the Post issues a deemed Police Clearance Certificate based on the fact that the applicant has been given a final exit permission from Saudi Arabia – which comes only if there's no case pending against the individual, and his or her sponsor has nothing adverse against the final exit. Documents required for the same are –
 Copy of the current passport
 Copy of the passport on which final exit was stamped
 Copy of the Final Exit permission
 Authority Letter for the individual who will deposit the fee and collect the PCC.

4. In case of any problem, one can approach either Consul (Consular) or Consul/Vice Consul (Passport)

My cousin is planning to apply for FSWP.
He will get his IELTS result on 27th Dec..

I mean send the complete documents on 22nd December, such that they will reach CIO by 27-28Dec and later he sends his IELTS result.
Is it possible to send the IELTS later and attach to main application.

Also, his bank account has 0 balance, his father is ready to transfer him the amount. Do you also feel that this will raise suspicion??

Could you all add your comments on the situation i am into.

1.......I had sent first package in June which didnt have original ECA hence it was rejected and sent back to (address 1), but i was not able to receive the package as i shifted to another rental place cause the owner sold that property.
Now the post office here in Bangalore said they have re-sent it back to place where it came from what should be done in this case?

I read one post with similar situation and they asked to update the address so that they can deliver it to that address which is fine but what if they ask me to update the forms and send back can i send a email to mentioning that i have sent second package and that has been accepted and PER received and i want to withdraw the first package?

2......I have sent another package on July for which i got DD en-cashed and PER in November where i have mentioned my permanent address as communication address (Address 2) to avoid what happened to first package and current residing address is same as the first package which is (address 1).

In this situation i should inform the address of residence change to the CIC before second line update or along with the MR? but the communication address which is my permanent address ( Address 2) will remain cause i want other communication to go there cause my parents would be there to receive and dispatch it to me.

Any comments suggestion anybody in this kind of situation and where updating the residing address worked and what was the process and procedure for the same.

IELTS TRF must be sent with the application.. otherwise your application will not be considered as complete and hence will be returned..

The application is futile without IELTS score. language tests are essential element for the application to be accepted.

Also, the funds need to belong to the applicant. Unless his father is willing to GIFT him that amount, just borrowing from his father will not help his case.

Sorry to keep you guys waiting, but most of the infor is updated on the spread sheet

Medical Request Date : 15th Sep
Medical Sent Date : 22nd Sep
Passport Request Date: 19th Nov
Passport Sent Date : 18th Nov
Visa Issue date : 27th Nov

The trouble here is i am always on mobile and hence makes it difficult to update the spread sheet and respond ppl on their questions. I share my experience below not sure if that will be same for others.

I got my PPR on 17th, my consultant mailed the PP by regular courier to NDVO... on 27th i got worried as soem forumite told me that another guy who got PPR has gone through VFS ... so just check with my consultant that when was PP delivered she gave me the courier tracking information, but being a local courier they did not have the details of who signed the receipt, they said it was stamped by the Co. i asked them if they could send a scan copy, when checked it was High commision stamp. Took a sigh of releif and within few hrs i had my consultant calling me that my pp are back with stamp and Landing letters.

Congratulations Bro!! This is the sweetest news that you can remember for a long time to come . Hope NDVO will start rolling out their Christmas Gifts soon, we are all eagerly looking forward to it. Cheers!! and All the very best you Bro!! So when are you planning to travel?

Buddy, if you have already received the PER for your second application, you don't have to do anything about the first package. Just send them an email with the address where you want it to be delivered. They send the reasons for rejection to help the applicant incase they want to reapply - which you have successfully done already.

This is in my limited knowledge. Don't want to upset any seniors of the forum for me sharing information I am not sure of ;D
