Wonderful members of this forum. I just dont know how to stop praising GOD..Just recieved PER. 8th August Applicant noc 2172.. Now i start to pray again for MR....anyone from the Nairobi Visa Office...need to know how much time i can expect to wait...

I have communicated with Standard Chartered Bank but they denied to provide any info.. They informed me they doesn't have the info...

Really I am very tensed now...

There is no fixed timeline as to when the processing will be finalized. If you weren't in Senegal, you could have gotten visa (or at least medicals) in another 3 months. But since you are in Senegal, you will probably never get to the medical stage until the current ban is taken away. The only way you can have your application processed is if you moved back to India. So, it is for you decide what's best for you. If your plan is to move to Canada ASAP then it might be better for you to take the chance and move to India even without a job, but if you are not so sure about moving to Canada then the risk might not be worth it for you.

Thanks for your response. However, please note that when I applied - Application Sent on 01 aug'14; reached 11 Aug'14) I was in India since Aug'13. I came to Senegal on 07 Sept'14. This notice has been released on 31 Oct'14.

So when I applied I was in Ebola free country for more than 90 days....so this satisfies first criterion.....my DD charge date is 18 Nov...and therefore I think shall receive PER & Medical request for sure.....

Now the second criterion is that before Finalization by Visa Officer I should again be in a Ebola free country for more than 90 days......

So my question is that if I return back to India in next 15 days.....will I be satisfying the second criterion of 90 days before my file reaches for final decision.....That is How many Days from PER to Medical/Background check etc...

PERs till stuck at 8th August, in btw only one entry for 15th Aug so I doubt that entry.. have patience for a week more..
