My processing started dated changed in ecas..
Firstly it was showing xx date in march..
Now it showing xx in feb..
But i got per after that date which they are showing now..
Does this means that vo has not started processing my file. Or my eligibility review at visa office is pending from last 7 months....please guide me regarding this...

This is the new eCAS format of updates/notifications, the processing of your application actually started before you got PER.

In the flowchart at cic site...they show that processing has begun when applicant passes the eligibility reveiw at VO...(where the cic transfer file after per)
My question is that this processing is of cic nova scotia or of visa office at warsaw..??.
I mean to say that did i passed eligibility reveiw at warsaw visa office...
I got aor from warsaw in april..

Yousif, your MR is round the corner, i received my MR 5 months after my AOR, losing hope isn't an option. Pray and it will work.

It seems that ndvo is playing status change game
Last Thursday 2 line to 3lines.
This Saturday change in 2nd line date....

I believe the "began processing" is when the application was reviewed at Nova Scotia to determine if the application should move to the next stage. Most if not all applicants will notice that the date of "began processing" precedes the PER date.

As I ve already read in several topics people who ordered GCMS notes, wrote that the processing will start again from the date of PER (december 2015).
Moreover, the processing time for India is 11 months and for Warsaw is 32 months. By December, warsaw visa office will be done with the applications transferred from NVDO to WO and restart the processing of our applications.
