Hi guys,

I am also resident of Abu dhabi from last 5 years ( Though i was born here as well but no benefit from it)

I am planning to apply in 2015 for FSWP.

How frequent are the "Letter of work experience " verification by embassy through actually contacting the employer ?

because out of all my work places "one of them" had slightly different work duties(from NOC 2133) and the company is willing to cooperate & tailor it precisely to suit my application.

It will be express entry from January 2015. There will be no FSW from next year.

Verification of job letters depends upon case worker. Not everyone's is verified and yet people have migrated to Canada.

FSW program will continue until April end in 2015. This is as per CIC's ministerial instructions. The EE program will overlap (probably) with FSW for the first half of 2015.

Hello everyone,

I think I have a problem. I live in the United Arab Emirates and have been a resident here for two years.
For this reason, I filled-in "Abu Dhabi" as the visa office on the Generic Application.
After sending my application, I realized that the website says that London visa office is responsible for the federal economic immigration for UAE.

Should I be worried? Will that result in returning the application back to me?

Nope u shouldn't be worried. Your file will automatically be sent to LVO.

Do we still need to provide "Proof of admission" if Visa office of home country and current residence country is same? I did not put mine and now it is giving me anxiety!

I have sent my docs but unfortunately dob on my WES reports is wrong.
My real DOB on all docs are 4th march 1982.
But in wes report it ismentioned as 03rd April 1982 !!!! will it be big mistake do i need to worry

Please help me

I havent noticed before that FSW from GCC is processed in London,

DOB on the WES report does not matter. WES is not taken as proof of birth, hence anomalies pertaining to DOB in the WES report will most likely be ignored.

Mentioning incorrect VO does not lead to rejection.

Your file will be transferred to London VO by CIC any way.

Under the following topic: Limit on the number of FSW applications to be processed it is clearly mentioned "A maximum of 25,000 new, complete FSW applications will be considered for processing under the occupation list stream for the period of May 1, 2014, until April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction. "
