Either London if you have stayed in the UAE for atleast a period of 1 Year or the VO assigned for Sudan.

thanks you nishesh3003 for your advise
but in this case of selecting London office, if there is an interview request do CIC guaranty visa issuance for me?
even if I decide to send it to my home country serving office it is going to be different country (Cairo office)
another thing, dose it really make any difference in terms of processing time if I send it to Cairo office

I am not sure about the Cario VO.

An interview call does NOT guarantee you a VISA. Also - the Interview will most likely take place in your country of residence (UAE in your case) and not London.

Cairo (Egypt) is the VO responsible for Sudanese applicants (my home country) so do you think processing time might be faster in this office rather than LO or there is no difference?
from CIC website I can see that I should send the file to LO since I am living in UAE as you mentioned also

As I said - I am not sure about the timelines involved in Cairo.

For London VO you can take a look at the LVO Timeline in the forum for a better understanding.

Hello,

Can someone please advise what happens after the documents have been sent/reached CIC office in Canada. I am an applicant under FSW from UAE. Checking the application status online required identification number? How is that given? What is the usual processing time for UAE applications? Moreover is there any interview appointment in future?

Thanks

Have you applied yourself or did you hire a consultant?

Hello,

Can someone please advise what happens after the documents have been sent/reached CIC office in Canada. Your app is reviewed on a FIFO basis. If you score 67 points your CC/DD is charged and the application moves further.
I am an applicant under FSW from UAE. Checking the application status online required identification number? A UCI is assigned after your app is reviewed. You receive a PER if CIC is satisfied with all the docs. Your PER will be via email if you have provided one. It will contain your UCI #
How is that given? Your PER will be via email if you have provided one. It will contain your UCI #
What is the usual processing time for UAE applications? It is not specific to a particular region
Moreover is there any interview appointment in future? Varies on a case by case basis.

Thanks

Hello everyone,

I think I have a problem. I live in the United Arab Emirates and have been a resident here for two years.
For this reason, I filled-in "Abu Dhabi" as the visa office on the Generic Application.
After sending my application, I realized that the website says that London visa office is responsible for the federal economic immigration for UAE.

Should I be worried? Will that result in returning the application back to me?

Hi guys,

I am also resident of Abu dhabi from last 5 years ( Though i was born here as well but no benefit from it)

I am planning to apply in 2015 for FSWP.

How frequent are the "Letter of work experience " verification by embassy through actually contacting the employer ?

because out of all my work places "one of them" had slightly different work duties(from NOC 2133) and the company is willing to cooperate & tailor it precisely to suit my application.

thanks in advance!
